Don't forget!! Tomorrow begins our "5 Days Before Christmas Break" spirit week! As we prepare for our last week of instruction before our holiday break, let's have a little fun and dress festive each day!
This is also a great time to sign up for After School tutoring that begins on Monday, January 8. Our tutoring program will help scholars improve their literacy achievement, receive personalized math instruction, get scholars involved in extracurricular activities, and scholars will receive direct assistance related to test taking strategies that include the ATLAS Exam (the AR State Exam, the ACT test, and more!!!! Our scholars at our Flightline Middle School campus are engaged in learning about sustainable agriculture practices using aquaponics, hydroponics, and nitrification.
They have set up a water garden, and the class will grow radish microgreens and wheatgrass.

ARLCS High School Families, next week we will be celebrating Red Ribbon Week! This is a week that is dedicated to encouraging our scholars and celebrating their decision to live a drug free life! This year’s theme is “Be Kind To Your Mind, Live Drug Free!!” To get scholars involved, we will host a WOLF SPIRIT week where scholars and staff will participate in a daily theme. See the outline of each day below and the attached flyer! We encourage EVERYONE to participate!
Monday: Be Smart, Be Drug Free! Dress like a NERD and show how smart you are!
Tuesday: Jogging to a Drug Free Life! Dress in your favorite jogger set.
Wednesday: Leave it in the past..it's Way Back Wednesday! Dress in your favorite decade!
Thursday: PINK OUT! Wear PINK to show Breast Cancer Awareness. We will participate in a “Pink Walk” with the elementary campus to show support to all those impacted by Breast Cancer.
