We’ve made it to our first break of the 23-24 school year. Please take time to enjoy you families and friends this holiday.
Remember, in an effort to give scholars a break and allow teachers to break and receive professional development and training, schools will be closed Tuesday-Friday of next week, with scholars retuning Monday, September 11th. Please use the time away to schedule all out of school scholar appointments (doctor, dentist, etc) to lessen the amount of time scholars are away from school during our normally schedule. Finally, please don’t forget to assist us and use this time to P.L.A.Y. This is a great time to connect with your scholar and read or have them read to you each day and/or night.
Again, we wish you a safe and enjoyable holiday and break. We look forward to seeing you again, Monday, September 11th by 9am.

Happy September! Don't forget that we have a month-long fundraiser with Domino's Pizza. We are selling Slice the Price Cards from Domino's to raise needed funds. We have had a GREAT start to the school year! Reminder, we do not have school this upcoming week!
When we come back, we have a lot of fun events! On Monday, Sept 11th at 5:30pm we will have a Meet & Greet with our building leader. ALL Jacksonville families are welcome! JLE families, we will have our Scholastic Book Fair that week! We will have Grandparents' Day on Friday, September 15th. We are doing amazing things at Lighthouse, come and P.L.A.Y. with us!
