Arkansas Lighthouse Charter Schools is applying for the Nita M. Lowey 21st Century Grant to provide after school initiatives and programs for the 2026 - 2027 school year.
We propose to implement The Lighthouse: Anchored in Excellence Afterschool and Summer Enrichment Program at the Jacksonville Lighthouse Charter School campuses, a comprehensive K–12 21st Century Community Learning Center designed to address persistent academic gaps, increase student engagement, and expand equitable access to high-quality enrichment opportunities for scholars in a high-poverty, academically at-risk community.
If aware, we will disseminate information about the 21st CCLC program in a manner that clearly states our goals with information accessible from individual letters, posts on our website, and announcements through local news resources.
