A military brat, Chad grew up around the world as his father was the first Quaker chaplain in the Air Force and his mother an elementary school teacher. After serving five years in the military as a physical therapy assistant, he became a high school teacher and coach at Berkeley Preparatory School before pursuing his master's degree at President Clinton’s School of Public Service. After graduating, Chad was the director of philanthropy and community engagement for NFL player and TV personality, Dhani Jones before launching an educational organization in Little Rock called Noble Impact. He is currently a co-founder of LA film company, Never Whisper Justice, and spearheads the social impact work related to partnerships, distribution, and educational outcomes. He lives in Flagstaff, AZ with his wife, Dr. Heather Williamson, and their two chocolate labs, Bristol and Demmi.

ALA’s strategic partnerships are key to preparing scholars to be the next generation of industry
leaders, ground-breaking scientists, and even agents of social change. And our new partnership with Frontlines of Justice (FOJ) will do just that. A first of its kind in the state, FOJ is bringing social justice education programs to our Arkansas schools.  Front Lines of Justice is a learning management system that incorporates culturally responsive education competencies, based on comprehensive research by New America. “We’re excited about this partnership with Arkansas Lighthouse Academies,” said Co-founder, Williamson.

To enhance  impact, Arkansas Lighthouse Academies has taken steps through the Cultural Competency Program to identify campus champions comprised of building leaders and staff.
